When to Expect a Reply
I'm here Monday through Friday, 9am–5pm EST, and I typically reply within 24 hours on business days. I often check messages outside those hours too, but if you write on a weekend, Monday morning is a safe bet.
Not Sure if It Fits Your Vehicle?
This is the question I get most. I don't have a full compatibility database — what I do have is a good understanding of how the EasyRoof AccessMaster works and what it needs to hook onto.
Email me your year, make, and model and I'll send you a photo of the striker bolt type it requires. You can compare it to yours and we'll figure it out together. If it's clearly not going to work, I'll tell you that too — no pressure either way.
