Shipping Policy

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 3 working days (Monday–Friday) after your order and payment are confirmed. We don't process or ship on weekends or public holidays.

If you order on a Friday afternoon, expect processing to start Monday. That's just honest.

US Shipping

All US orders ship from Sarasota, Florida via USPS Ground Advantage.

Estimated delivery after shipment: 3–8 business days, depending on your location.

You'll get a tracking number by email once your order leaves us.

International Shipping

We ship to Canada, the UK, and Australia. International orders are fulfilled from a partner warehouse and shipped directly to you.

These are transit estimates and don't include time in customs. Delays there are outside our control, but they do happen — especially during busy periods.

Multiple Packages

If you're outside the US and ordered more than one item, your order may arrive in separate packages. This is normal — our fulfillment partner ships items as they're picked, and sometimes they go in separate boxes. You'll get tracking for each one.

Lost or Stuck Orders

If your tracking hasn't moved in a while or something seems off, email me at mayday@ancestraloutdoors.com. I read every message and I'll look into it personally. We'll sort it out.

Customs and Import Taxes

International orders may be subject to import duties and taxes when they arrive in your country. These charges are set by your local customs authority — not us — and are your responsibility to pay.

If you're unsure what to expect, it's worth checking with your local customs office before ordering.
