As we head into the busy Christmas season, all carriers are experiencing higher-than-usual shipping volumes, which may cause delivery delays.
We’ll continue to prepare and ship your orders as quickly as possible, but we cannot guarantee Christmas delivery for orders placed in December.
Once a package leaves our warehouse, delivery speed is in the hands of the carrier, and delays may occur beyond our control.
To avoid disappointment, we recommend placing orders as early as possible.

Processing Time
All orders are usually dispatched within 3 working days (from Monday to Friday) after the order is placed and payment is received. This time includes order verification, tailoring, quality, check, and packaging.

We are a US Company, and our main warehouse is located in the United SatesSarasota, Florida.
Orders are shipped out directly from any of our many domestic & international warehouses, so shipping times may vary from where you are located and what shipping option you selected.
Note that shipping times exclude the processing time.

CAN:10 to 18 Days
UK: 7 to 12 Days
AU: 10 to 18 Days

Why Is My Order Being Shipped In Different Packages?
If you have a multi-item order, each item may be shipped from a different international warehouse, depending on which one has them available the fastest.
Alternatively, if an item is popular and on a bit of a back order, we might ship your items at different times, in different packages, to prevent holding up your order and to get it to you as fast as possible!
Lost Orders And Packages
If an order gets stuck at customs, is sent back, or is even lost during the delivery process, we apologize!
The postal service is out of our control. However, in cases like this, if you paid for the secured and insured shipping, we will send you a new package or refund your order.

The prices displayed on our site are tax-free in USD, which means you may be liable to pay for duties and taxes once you receive your order.
Import taxes, duties, and related customs fees may be charged once your order arrives at its final destination, which is determined by your local customs office.
