As a hiker with years of experience, it's rare these days that I find a new piece of equipment that improves my strategy or lightens my pack. This product is one of those rare finds. It does both.
New products must pass my standards, which are tough, and my expectations are for things to be made out of solid materials and last after years of use. This stove is light and compact, it's sturdy and functional, it performs perfectly for it's intended use. I have left behind my compact and high-efficiency backpack stove, along with the high octane camping fuel, and the only thing I miss is the extra weight. I can literally burn anything...pine cones, twigs, sticks, grasses, mosses, leaves, small sticks and branches, and yes...even dried dung.
I would recommend this backpack stove to anyone hiking where there are proper resources. It is a perfect mix of form and function. 5-stars

Built like a tank. The first time I put it together it was a bit 'fiddly' but once you get how it goes together it can be put together in under a minute. This thing is very sturdy. It supports a full size Zebra pot easily. It could support a dutch oven or a larger iron fry pan. No deflection bending or warping when it has a pot on it. The design works well. It cranked up quickly and drafted up - I was boiling water with a quickness. It's actually easy to light with a ferro rod. The feed opening is plenty big enough and obviously the top.
It comes apart and stores FLAT.
It'll burn pretty much anything you find in the woods.
Cons: Haven't found any yet. Saw the negative reviews and wondered if they have the same stove as me...

Its compact to even put in my cargo pocket and easy to put together

This little stove works fantastic. With one small grocery store fire starter and some sticks scavenged from around the beach where I was sitting, it lit right up and kept the heat contained enough to boil water quickly and cook up some vegan dogs. I'm on the hunt for a tiny grate to sit on top for proper grilling.

I was amazed how long the flames lasted before haveing to add more fuel.
